About the role

CORPORATE VISIONS INC' is seeking a customer service professional to join our dynamic team in Apas Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time, virtual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users of our financial software products.

As a Financial software account representative, you will be the friendly voice that helps our customers navigate the features and functionalities of our cutting-edge solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals to contribute to the success of our fast-paced, innovative company.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls from customers to assist with product inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on software usage
  • Logging customer interactions and maintaining detailed records to ensure seamless follow-up and issue resolution
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements
  • Actively participating in training and development initiatives to stay up-to-date with product updates and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with financial or accounting software, or a keen interest in learning and mastering new technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer queries
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or help desk environment
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
