LOCATION: Tolentino, Quezon City

MAIN SCOPE:

  • Work closely with line cooks, cashiers, and stock staff to ensure high-quality and timely food production for orders from all sales channels.
  • Maintain all kitchen tools, equipment, systems, and wares in proper working condition by following established standards, cleaning procedures, and basic troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Uphold food safety and workplace safety protocols throughout the kitchen, coordinating with the Kitchen Head or Operations team when needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks in support of the Operations department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain cleanliness and proper storage/handling of inventory and orders throughout the fulfillment process; able to work across different kitchen stations as assigned.
  • Meet Kitchen Quality Audit requirements by ensuring equipment, systems, and workflows remain in optimal condition.
  • Accurately record inventory usage through internal reporting tools to minimize shrinkage and strengthen accountability.
  • Participate actively in training sessions, particularly those related to food preparation.
  • Understand and apply food safety and sanitation principles, routinely evaluating kitchen procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for all staff.
  • Ensure that all team members consistently follow CQSMA standards (cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and atmosphere).
  • Carry out other operational tasks assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in kitchen operations.
  • Willing to work in a 24/7/365 environment, on shifting schedules, with a 6-day workweek.
  • Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized.
