Job Title: Lead Product Administrator for DigiKM 2

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig ADB Office

Shift: Day shift (8am – 5pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x reporting on site per week)

Salary: 165,000

Role Overview

The Lead Product Administrator supports the Product Manager in delivering IT products efficiently, ensuring compliance, stakeholder coordination, and smooth product adoption. The role involves managing delivery plans, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and preparing key reports and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and monitoring product delivery plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and track action items, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure adherence to internal frameworks and security standards.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for steering committees.
  • Support procurement and financial control processes.
  • Maintain collaboration sites and resource plans.
  • Lead and mentor associate/senior Product Administrators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in product/project management (IT/software/infrastructure).
  • 3+ years SDLC experience (Agile preferred).
  • Experience in IT product administration/coordinator roles preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or CITPM certification is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Amendable to work onsite in
