Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist based in Pasig. The Administrative Specialist will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, provide customer service, and support finance operations. Responsibilities include managing communications, performing analytical tasks, and assisting with various administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and supporting administrative tasks
  • Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data analysis
  • Basic Finance knowledge and skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the property management industry is beneficial
