Creative Staff / Jr. Graphic Artist

JOB SUMMARY

He/She is responsible for the churning out of artwork requests from all departments delivering them on time, and in full. He/She is a visual communicator who is able to incorporate creative design into marketing materials resulting in arresting and effective output.

He/She is able to develop logos, fonts, images and other graphics format to complement written materials for print, the web, or other media. He/she also assists in the multimedia production of the Marketing department for use in its owned assets – whether digital or offline.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design and develop visual marketing materials to support the promotion of the company's products and services.

· Conceptualize and create original design concepts, illustrations, and layouts aligned with the brand's identity and messaging.

· Work closely with the Creative Director and other internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and creative requirements.

· Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions that communicate effectively with target audiences.

· Develop illustrations, logos, icons, and other graphic assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

· Capture high-quality photos and videos for use in marketing, internal communications, and social media campaigns.

· Perform basic to intermediate post-production editing for videos, including cutting, color correction, adding music, transitions, and text overlays.

· Edit photos for use in various marketing and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand standards.

· Maintain an organized digital asset library of photos, videos, and design files.

· Ensure that all designs and multimedia outputs are on-brand in terms of style, tone, and visual identity.

· Manage project timelines and deliver outputs according to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

· Receive and interpret feedback constructively to revise and improve creative outputs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Capcut, Davinci Resolved).

· Strong eye for visual composition, color, and detail.

· Experience in photography and videography, including studio and on-location shoots.

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· A graduate of any graphics design course.

· Up-to-date in design concepts and applications that include but not limited to digital, on-ground, packaging, ATL/ BTL, and multimedia.

· Able to use the standard tools for digital graphics design including but not limited to the Adobe suite of products and applications

· Able to operate multimedia tools such as a digital SLR and its accessories, among others.

· Keeps up-to-date with the latest design trends in packaging, event booths, activation, social media, and digital marketing. Especially those in the Coffee Industry and F&B in general.
