Location: MOA, Pasay

Work Setup: Hybrid (2–4x a month RTO)

Schedule: Night Shift (starts at 9PM)

Duties & Responsibilities

Portfolio Operations

  • Perform T+1 reconciliations of cash and positions
  • Ensure timely settlement of trades, corporate actions, interest, and capital movements
  • Conduct monthly security-level reconciliations and valuation (Mark-to-Market review)

Trade Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee trade capture, validation, confirmation, and settlement
  • Collaborate with front office, middle office, and back office teams to resolve discrepancies

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance
  • At least 1 year of experience in portfolio accounting or trade lifecycle/operations
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments and portfolio accounting software
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in investment management or fund administration is a plus
  • 1-3 years + experience in Cash and Position Reconciliation
  • Handled investments and/or Financial products such as Equities
  • Knowledge in end-to-end Trade Lifecycle process (preferred)
