We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Branch Service Associate to join our Iriga Branch team at City Savings Bank. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional banking services to our valued customers in the Ortigas, Pasig area. What you'll be doing

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the branch counter, handling a variety of banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  • Assist customers with account openings, closures, and other service requests
  • Accurately process cash and non-cash transactions while adhering to banking procedures and security protocols
  • Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and support the branch's business development goals
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to customer interactions and transactions
  • Contribute to a positive branch environment by supporting a collaborative team culture
  • Stay up-to-date with banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate handling of financial transactions
  • Proficient in using computer systems and basic software applications
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to contribute to the success of the bank
  • A graduate of any business course or equivalent
