What you'll be doing

  • Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to customer inquiries and concerns, and offering tailored solutions
  • Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance
  • Assist customers with account openings, loan applications, and other banking services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay informed of the bank's products, services, and policies to effectively address customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service targets

  • Superior customer service orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in the local dialect
