Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and related financial documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company financial records.
  • Ensure timely filing of government contributions and tax compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Maintain organized files of accounting records and documents.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documents and information.
  • Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with work experience in accounting or finance (but fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
