Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. You will play a key role in supporting the accounting department with general bookkeeping, financial reporting, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Assist in payroll preparation and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and records
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting-related concerns
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in accounting is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of accounting software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information
