About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at Coastland Construction & Development Corp' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting processes. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and other documentation in a timely manner
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity of financial data
  • Comply with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficiency in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
