We are looking for a passionate marketer to join our team, drive impactful marketing initiatives, and

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels to effectively promote the label's products and services.
  • Conceptualize and curate content, including social media posts and video materials, to grow and nurture a community of music enthusiasts, fans, and clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain seamless communication with internal and external partners to align marketing initiatives and drive cohesive, effective campaigns.
  • Derive data-driven insights by analyzing marketing campaign performance and refining future strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of promotional activities, events, and shows to enhance artist and brand visibility and expand market presence.
  • Conduct market research and prepare essential materials, such as concept boards, performance reports, and project timelines, to support strategic marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a results-driven approach, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for innovation and creative idea generation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace, with familiarity in various social media platforms.
  • Additional skills in graphic design, including Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Canva, and similar programs, as well as experience in video editing and media production, are highly beneficial.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and committed to continuous learning.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas CBD, Pasig City.
  • Passionate about music and familiar with music industry trends, artist promotion, and the digital landscape.
