About the Role
Meinas Scalp Solutions is looking for a Branch Manager/ Scalp Consultant to lead one of our hair clinics in Greenhills, San Juan City. As Branch Manager, you'll conduct scalp consultations, oversee daily operations, guide a team, and make sure our clients receive the best care and service. This is a full-time role with opportunities to grow your career with us.
What You'll Do
- Manage the clinic's daily operations (staff schedules, inventory, reports)
- Ensure excellent customer service and happy clients
- Support and train team members
- Help create ways to keep clients coming back and attract new ones
- Conduct Scalp Consultations/ Analysis (Training Provided)
What We're Looking For
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Friendly, customer-focused personality
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Interest in the hair and beauty industry
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Experience in the hair and beauty industry is a plus, but not required
