About the role

Equicom Solutions Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Clinic Manager to join our growing team. As our Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the overall operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimise clinic workflows and patient experience
  4. Oversee the clinic's financial management, including budgeting, billing, and cost control
  5. Lead and motivate a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  6. Liaise with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the clinic's efficiency and service quality

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare management or administrative role, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting
  2. Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
  5. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, billing, and cost control
  6. Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline
