About the role

This is a full-time customer service role based in Cebu City, Cebu. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers across a range of channels, including telephone, email, and chat. What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  2. Providing accurate information and advice to customers
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records

  5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
