About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join the team at AUXILIA INC' as a Local Retail Account Onsite Process. Based in Lapu-Lapu City Cebu, this full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service to our retail customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling incoming customer calls and queries in a professional and efficient manner
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective way
  3. Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in using customer service software and technologies
  4. Positive and customer-centric attitude, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, or a willingness to learn
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
