310 Nutrition is a fast-growing U.S. health & wellness e-commerce brand. We are scaling aggressively on TikTok Shop and building one of the strongest affiliate programs in the space. Our mission: create viral TikTok content that drives sales, scale the winners with Spark Ads, and grow them further on Meta.

We're looking for a TikTok Strategy Analyst in the Philippines to be our radar system — spotting viral trends, top-performing creators, and winning video hooks — and turning them into actionable insights for our Outreach and Creative teams.

What You'll Do

Core Daily Tasks (5 hrs/day)

● Trend Spotting: Pull SKU, creator, and video trend data from Kalodata; log insights into Airtable/Google Sheets.

● Hook Briefing: Package trending hooks into short briefs (the exact hook, why it worked, and how to adapt it for 310).

● Slack Updates: Post a daily summary with: Top SKU, Top Creator, and Top Hook trend.

● Viral → Spark → Meta Tracking: Monitor affiliate content for viral posts; flag strong performers and prepare Spark→Meta briefs.

● Affiliate Compliance: Check new affiliate posts for FTC compliance (#ad, #310Partner); track posting timelines and nudge inactive affiliates.

Development & Research Tasks (3 hrs/day)

● Competitive Research: Scan TikTok Shop for competitor offers, bundles, and viral SKUs; surface insights for 310's product positioning.

● Hook Library Expansion: Categorize and tag winning hooks, maintain a searchable "Hook Library" with examples and references.

● Creator Scouting: Build Tier B & C creator lists (engagement rate, follower count, niche fit) to feed Outreach.

● Performance Audits: Review Spark and Meta ads after launch, compare winning vs losing hooks, and update insights.

● Process/Tool Support: Maintain Airtable/Sheets hygiene, draft ChatGPT prompt templates, and QA Slack updates.

What Success Looks Like

● Daily Slack update posted by 10:45 a.m. PH time.

● 15+ Tier A creator targets identified weekly.

● 10+ new hook variations logged weekly.

● At least 1 viral candidate flagged weekly with Spark→Meta brief.

● Hook Library consistently updated with new trends.

● Affiliate posts 100% FTC compliant.

What We're Looking For

● Strong analytical skills (comfortable interpreting data).

● Excellent written English for summaries and briefs.

● Familiarity with TikTok trends, hooks, and content formats.

● Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for analysis.

● Detail-oriented, proactive communicator.

● (Preferred but not required): Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, or e-commerce analysis.
