Job Description
About the Role:
- Manage executive level administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and video/teleconference calls.
- •ook accurate flight and hotel arrangements in a timely, cost-effective manner for interstate and international travel bookings.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Adeptly handle incoming communications and respond to internal requests for information on timely basis.
- Assist with all event management requirements and general ad hoc duties as required.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant experience in an MNC environment supporting the top management.
- Discrete – understands the confidential nature of management materials and information.
- High level of computer literacy (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); proficient in Outlook.
- Proactive team member and able to work independently.
- Highly organized with strong interpersonal skills.
