About the role

As the Events Experience Specialist at Green Canyon Leisure Farms, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of exceptional events and experiences for our guests. This full-time role will be based in our Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga location and will play a pivotal part in enhancing our guests' experience and supporting the overall marketing and communications strategy of the resort.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and deliver engaging, memorable events and experiences for our guests
  • Managing all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, vendor/supplier coordination, on-site execution and post-event evaluation
  • Driving innovative ideas to continually elevate our events and keep them fresh and appealing to our target audience
  • Analysing event data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance future event planning
  • Supporting the marketing team with content creation, promotion and documentation of events
  • Ensuring seamless event logistics and addressing any issues that may arise on the day

What we're looking for

  • 1 - 2 years experience in event management or a related field, ideally within the leisure, hospitality or tourism industry
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to quickly address challenges on the day
  • Creative flair and an eye for detail to conceptualise and deliver unique, memorable experiences
  • Enthusiasm for the events industry and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
