The IT SPECIALIST role will be responsible in supporting the studio operation to ensure continual and smooth operation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide supports to studio operation and resolve technical issues on gaming tables

  • Maintain table game system configuration to ensure optimal performance and continuous operation

  • Assist in deploying and installing application systems during maintenance

  • Maintain table game system configuration to ensure optimal performance and continuous operation.

  • Monitor video streams and ensure video delivery is smooth.

  • Setup, configure and maintain gaming equipment, camera, audio equipment and other gaming related equipment

  • Essential Functions on other technical troubleshooting in network and other system application.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Any IT Course or equivalent knowledge and experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in the same field or role preferably in an online casino industry.

  • Adept knowledge in computer system, hardware and software applications.

  • Familiar with OBS encoding application and other video streaming technology.

  • Background or knowledge with and other coding platform.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php50,000.00 per month
