
Technology Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Technology Operations Coordinator to support IT leadership with budget tracking, contract management, and project coordination. This role requires strong attention to detail, advanced organizational skills, and the ability to manage both administrative and technical operational tasks.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT business operations or coordination
- Strong background in budgeting and expense tracking (large budgets preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Experience supporting IT projects and vendor processes
- Experience with Smartsheets, MS Project, or similar tools
- Exposure to IT budgeting over $5M
- Previous experience in small IT teams or startup operations
- Familiarity with IT lifecycle management and reporting
What you'll do:
- Track IT budgets, invoices, and financial records
- Coordinate with vendors on contracts, renewals, and billing
- Maintain documentation and reporting systems
- Support IT project coordination and milestones
- Prepare financial and operational reports for leadership
- Provide administrative support for CIO initiatives
This position is perfect if you are:

- Organized, resourceful, and capable of supporting IT leadership at a high level
- Interested in growing into broader IT program or operations management roles
Rate: $7.00 /hour (Negotiable)
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Manila Time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php62,000.00 per month
