Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the food or retail industry (advantage but not required).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Customer-service oriented and a strong team player.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Creative, with the ability to design recruitment collaterals using Canva, Adobe, or other design tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to provide timely onboarding updates.
  • Handle requests and documentation for OJT/internship programs.
  • Develop recruitment collaterals such as hiring posters, job fair materials, and other marketing tools.
  • Willing to report full-time on-site at Scout Tobias, Quezon City.
