What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's operational and strategic objectives

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and anticipate procurement needs
  5. Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, expediting, and managing inventory levels
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the procurement function

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  2. Engineering License is a PLUS
  3. Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
  4. Strong understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices
  5. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  6. Proficient in data analysis and using procurement-related software and tools
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  8. Proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure
  9. This is an URGENT Position
