Job Summary:
The MIS/Data Entry Associate is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in digital systems and databases. This role supports business operations by ensuring data is correct, organized, and accessible for reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and company systems.
- Verify the accuracy of information before entering it into the system.
- Review and correct errors in data entries and report any inconsistencies.
- Organize and file digital and physical documents as needed.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.
- Assist in compiling reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Follow established procedures and quality standards for data entry.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
