Job Summary:

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with defined objectives. This role manages deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, and provides status reports to leadership. The Associate Project Manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensures project compatibility across departments, and supports hiring activities to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination

     – Develop and maintain project schedules, assign tasks, and track progress against deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    IT, Management Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
     (preferred).
  • 1–2 years
     of experience in 
    project management, business analysis, or software engineering
    .
  • Must have hands-on knowledge of: 
    Java, Kotlin, NodeJS, and .Net
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
     and 
    Agile methodology
    .
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Business awareness of 
    technology trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory standards
    .
