JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope. This role oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors progress, and prepares status reports for management. The role also involves cross-departmental coordination to ensure project compatibility and support hiring as needed to meet project demands.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Project Coordination: Define project scope, objectives, and deadlines while coordinating resources for efficient project execution.

  2. Timeline Management: Manage timelines, assign responsibilities, and ensure adherence to project deadlines.

  3. Communication with Stakeholders: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.

  4. Budget Monitoring: Track project expenses to ensure completion within budget.

  5. Issue Resolution: Identify project risks, resolve issues, and provide support for the implementation of solutions.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Management Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years in project management, business analysis, or software engineering.

Specific Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in project management, communication, leadership, organizational skills, and strategic planning.

  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology preferred.

Business Understanding:

  • Stay updated on technology trends, competitor activities, and relevant regulations.
