Job Type: Project Based Contract

Duration of Contract: December 2025 and yearly-based contract

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree (4-year course) in Social Work, Education, Community Development, or a related field

· At least 3 years of experience in child sponsorship, child-focused programming, or Community Organizing, or work with government/NGO organizations

· Strong computer literacy and report writing skills

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferential condition:

· Hands-on experience in child sponsorship programs

· Registered Social Worker (with active license preferred)

· Background in community organizing and development work

Position Summary: The Project Staff will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities under the direction of the Project Manager or Lead. Responsibilities include coordinating project logistics, maintaining documentation, assisting with stakeholder communications, and contributing to reporting and evaluation tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Job Description:

  • Assist project coordinator to implement MIRAL and/or KOICA funded project - Project implementation, budget management and scheduling

  • Monitor the Livelihood Project

  • Work on piloting Child Sponsorship Project

  • Community mobilization and coordination, communication with beneficiaries, stakeholders and partners

  • Regular monitoring, review and verify the data and report based on KPI

  • Prepare and submit activity plan, progress reports and case studies

  • Project planning, proposal writing and reporting
