Job Type: Project Based Contract

Duration of Contract: December 2025 and yearly-based contract

Minimum Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or relevant experience)

o At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role

o Proficient in video and poster editing

o Skilled in copywriting and photography

o Strong computer literacy and reporting skills

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferential condition:

o Strong project management and multitasking abilities

o Proven success in previous marketing roles

o Good editing skills

Position Summary: The Marketing Staff is responsible for supporting the branding, communication, and promotional efforts of GFPI and its programs. This role combines creative design skills with digital marketing knowledge and event coordination to help build awareness, engage stakeholders, and support fundraising efforts. Job Description:

· Design and Content Creation

· Curate visual content including logos, photos, and videos for GFPI and its various programs.

· Ensure that all visual materials align with the foundation's branding guidelines and mission.

· Photography and Documentation:

· Photograph and document GFPI's activities, events, and community engagements.

· Organize and archive media content for internal and external use.

· Social Media Management:

· Monitor and update the foundation's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter).

· Engage with followers, respond to messages, and track performance analytics to improve reach and engagement.

· Database Monitoring:

· Maintain and update the foundation's partner and donor database.

· Ensure data accuracy and assist in generating reports as needed.

· Fundraising Support:

· Assist in the implementation of local fundraising initiatives and campaigns.

· Contribute creative ideas and marketing materials to support donor engagement and sponsorships.

· Event Support:

· Help organize and promote the yearly KAYA Concert and other foundation-led events.

· Coordinate with performers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
