We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Implementation Specialist to join our offshore support team. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of real estate technology platforms for new and returning clients. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, process-driven, and customer-focused, ensuring timely and seamless onboarding for clients in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Become a product implementation expert, staying up to date with platform updates and enhancements.

Manage project timelines, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely platform launches.

Conduct client calls to set expectations, review setup progress, and ensure proper configuration (including account settings, domain and email setup, and IDX paperwork).

Identify and resolve implementation challenges, proactively addressing delays and risks.

Maintain detailed documentation and communication with clients, ensuring transparency throughout the onboarding process.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Compliance, and Client Success to align platform setup with client requirements.

Handle post-launch setup corrections and escalate issues when necessary.

Problem-solving mindset – identifies and suggests improvements to enhance the implementation process.

Comfortable with change and adaptability – embraces product updates, new processes, and continuous improvement.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment – works well under pressure and meets client expectations.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines.

A stable internet connection and professional home office setup are required.

Experience in real estate technology, SaaS implementation, or onboarding support is a plus.
