Position Summary:

The Transact Configuration Specialist will be responsible for the technical setup and configuration of Transact accounts for new and existing customers. This role ensures that customer environments are implemented accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with project timelines and requirements. The specialist will work closely with the Onboard and Product teams to deliver a seamless experience and prepare clients for a successful launch

Key Responsibilitie**

  • s:Configure and set up Transact accounts according to define requirements and customer specification
  • s.Validate system configurations, user permissions, and workflows to ensure proper functionalit
  • y.Collaborate with Onboard Implementation Specialists to align technical setup with client project timeline
  • s.Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues during implementatio
  • n.Document configurations and maintain accurate records of all client setup activitie
  • s.Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams on recurring setup issues or enhancement opportunitie
  • s.Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction throughout the implementation proces

  • ns:2-3 years of experience in software implementation, system setup, or technical suppo
