Why Jr. Customer Support Associate:As the frontline of the Customer Service Desk, the Junior Customer Support Associate is responsible for providing the first resolution to all issues and concerns coming from different channels regulated by eTap, accurate handling of personal identifiable information of customers, and verification of identity prior to commencement of service or corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving target response times (30 minutes for first resolution, 4320 minutes for closure monthly).
  • Creating tickets and logging customer concerns using Freshdesk.
  • Verifying customer transaction details (e.g., mobile number, location, amount, and receipts) before corrective actions.
  • Assisting customers with MySukli transactions and updates.
  • Responding to inquiries and deescalating issues via official channels.
  • Encouraging and engaging customers for reviews and feedback resolution.
  • Sending notifications for failed or cancelled MySukli transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with e-tap's safety, security, and information protocols.

Other duties as assigned.
