Job Title: Secretary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to provide administrative support to our office and manage the preparation and processing of employee payroll. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of clerical tasks, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll administration.

Administrative & Secretarial Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for supervisors and other staff.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital).
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and distribute documentation.
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
  • Collect and verify employee attendance, timesheets, and leave records.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time (weekly, biweekly, or monthly as applicable).
  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits according to company policy and relevant labor laws.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into the payroll system/software.
  • Distribute payslips and maintain up-to-date payroll records.
  • Liaise with HR to update payroll records for new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes in benefits.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports for management, HR, or finance teams.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, and benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
