ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing / Office Secretary to join our growing team. This role combines marketing support with secretarial and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing office tasks while assisting in sales and marketing activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the sales and marketing team with daily operations and project coordination
- Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations
- Handle inquiries, client follow-ups, and order processing
- Manage schedules, appointments, and internal communications
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports
- Maintain company social media pages or assist with basic digital marketing tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related course
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva or basic design tools a plus
- Knowledge in E-commerce platforms
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, flexible, and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Social media literate and tech-savvy is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php13, Php16,000.00 per month
