Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve online visibility. This role includes a 3-month trial period, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify SEO opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor keyword rankings and page performance; implement timely solutions to enhance rankings.
  • Build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites and engage with relevant online communities.
  • Collaborate on content marketing efforts by creating SEO-friendly content (blog posts, articles, or social media updates) tailored to the target audience's search intent.
  • Optimize clients' Google My Business listings to improve local SEO performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in SEO and/or content marketing with demonstrated success in driving organic growth.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, or similar platforms.
  • Strong experience with outreach campaigns and building relationships for backlinking.
  • Knowledge of high-authority website strategies and the ability to avoid spammy or low-quality link sources.
  • Comprehensive understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with content marketing and creating SEO-optimized materials.
  • Familiarity with optimizing local SEO through tools like Google My Business.

Duration and Possibility of Extension

  • Initial 3-month trial period.
  • Opportunity for a permanent position based on performance and mutual fit.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
