Inside Sales Representative - Inbound Lead Focus

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for helping businesses operate safely and compliantly? Do you excel at building rapport quickly over the phone and closing sales? We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to manage and convert inbound leads generated from direct calls to our sales line. This is a crucial role for our growth, requiring a mix of consultative selling, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Lead Management: Be the first point of contact for businesses calling our dedicated sales line, including medical clinics, dental offices, labs, and other healthcare facilities.

Consultative Sales:Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the caller's current waste disposal practices, volume, and specific compliance requirements (e.g., sharps, hazardous waste).

Solution Presentation: Clearly and effectively present our services, demonstrating how our solutions are reliable, compliant, and cost-effective compared to their current provider.

Quote Generation & Closing:Prepare accurate, tailored price quotes and confidently navigate the sales process to secure new customer contracts and close the sale on the first call whenever possible.

CRM Management: Accurately log all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure clean reporting and smooth onboarding hand-offs.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for new customer acquisition and revenue generation.

Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless transition for new customers from sale to service implementation.

Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our service offerings, pricing structures, relevant local, state, and federal medical waste regulations, and competitor landscape.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful inside sales experience, preferably selling services or solutions business-to-business (B2B). Experience in the waste management, medical, or highly regulated service industries is a significant plus.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, articulate, and persuasive telephone manner. Strong listening skills are a must.

Inbound Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls, qualify leads efficiently, and drive sales to a close in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Work Ethic: Highly motivated, self-starter who is goal-oriented and thrives in a performance-driven sales culture.

Education:Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales/business.
