Position Overview:

We are seeking for an Inside Sales Representative with preferably 4-5 years of experience and a proven ability to close deals in the U.S. market. In this role, you will build strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively present our innovative hardware and software solutions tailored to the jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapid Familiarization: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively engage with jewelers. Be confident in joining client calls within the first 30 days through live training in real-time settings.
  • Product Demo: Conduct product demos on camera to jewelers across USA.
  • Call Volume: Conduct outbound calls from time to time to existing clients and schedule demo appointments to warm leads when needed. This excludes downtime and focuses on active outreach.
  • Market Penetration: Understand the nuances of the U.S. market and secure at least one successful deal within the first two months.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in our software and hardware solutions. Stay adaptable and curious about new technologies relevant to the industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product benefits and close deals, maintaining a neutral accent.
  • Script Customization: Tailor phone scripts and memorize sales pitches within the first 10. days to ensure persuasive and consistent presentations on sales calls.
  • Meeting Generation and Conversion: Independently book a minimum of 20 meetings in the. first month and secure at least 2 closed deals from those meetings.
  • Prospecting: Identify and reach out to new prospects with confidence, effectively booking demos without hesitation.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least 3 years of BPO experience with a proven ability to close deals in the U.S. market.
  • Preferably with a British accent.
  • Must have nicely done nails – you will be demoing the machine.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, particularly in the B2B sector and working with SMEs.
  • Strong understanding of software and hardware technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly competitive and result-driven mindset.
  • Prior experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
  • A mindset to do the impossible.
