Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation, compilation and submission of all project installation quotations prior to closing date.
  • Coordinate the design, development and submission of design and construct projects
  • Coordinate the management of an ongoing program of quotation follow-ups so that no quotations remain on hold.
  • Coordinate the entry of all quotations into the PRONTO database system for quality and profitability.
  • Coordinate the priority of quotations based on input from General Manager Projects.
  • Coordinate and develop potential news leads and clients.
  • Coordinate and develop business relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors nationally and to keep this database updated on an annual basis.
  • Assist in the advice provided for the Project Team to deliver contract works and provide ongoing advice and improvement of product delivery process and standards hand over process.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials for all approved contract works as directed and approved by the Project Manager or GM of projects.
  • Provide any detail or specific exclusions or agreements made during the contract award process and provide this in a written report to the project team on hand over.
  • Assist the business in technical support across the company.
  • Assist in completing O&M Manuals for projects with the project teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Estimator or similar role.
  • Possess appropriate qualifications in the Fire, HVAC, Building/Services industry
  • Possess appropriate licenses and certifications as required by legislation
  • Design and construct ability.
  • Possess sufficient computer skills Excel / Word / PowerPoint, including any basic office administration and business procedures
  • Any experience in Pronto software system would be highly desired.
  • Any Sales experience and/or qualifications is a bonus.
