We are looking for an experienced and motivated Estimating Manager / Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in delivering accurate, competitive, and timely cost and time estimates across a variety of projects. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll oversee the planning and coordination of your team's workload, ensuring quality, reliability, and outstanding customer service at every stage. Your leadership will be essential in balancing resources, setting priorities, and maintaining high standards of performance, safety, and collaboration.

This is a key role in driving continuous improvement across estimating processes, tools, and outcomes. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to co-create smart, value-driven solutions on time and within scope. What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or a related field)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimating Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Experience with Inspection and Test Plans, test procedures, Factory Acceptance procedures, and work packs, as well as project documentation such as Operator's Manuals, Manufacturer's Data Reports, drawings, documentation lists, and handling technical queries.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and CAD software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)
  • Experience in supporting New Zealand or Australia.
  • Willingness to work to Australasian Working Hours.
  • Willingness to work or relocate to the Angeles City Pampanga Office
