Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Process Executive (SPE) located in Taguig. The SPE will be responsible for developing and implementing retirement plans, advising clients on employee benefits and insurance options, and managing financial strategies for retirement.

Qualifications

  • Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or have completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects.
  • Experience with U.S. retirement plans (e.g., 401(k), annuities, life insurance), including withdrawals, applications, loans, and policy handling.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with plan documents, procedures, and financial products/services.
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting systems and PC applications.
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
  • Willing to work on night shift schedule
