This role has four positions. Job Summary:As a Global Retirement Consultant, you will work on assignments applying your knowledge to administer retirement plans and assist in the implementation of retirement projects. You will handle the administration of one or more retirement programs following established procedures, ensuring accuracy of plan delivery and technical platforms through testing as needed.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development of global best practices for the delivery of retirement plans and programs. Key Responsibilities:Provide timely responses to complex retirement queries and utilize appropriate tools to analyze issues, volume, and trends. Ensure all legally required documents regarding services are received, followed up on, and properly archived for audits and legal purposes.

Ensure retirement policies and plan documents are followed and maintained accurately. Administer retirement benefits programs as assigned. Participate in contract renewal processes and support or own vendor governance.

Support Total Rewards and Operating Unit teams by providing necessary data and responding to escalations promptly. Participate in retirement project work as assigned. Contribute to the design of global best practices for retirement processes and Total Rewards strategy, focusing on simplifying, improving, and speeding up processes.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Proven problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills emphasizing honesty and transparency.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment. Knowledge of retirement principles and practices.
