KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with at least 1 year of relevant experience to provide high-quality technical support across hardware, software, and basic network environments.

  • Resolve hardware/software issues and configure phones. Work will include move, add, change and delete (MACD).
  • Work as the desktop support; working toward a seamless support environment.
  • Update asset management database and inventory documents.
  • Participate in audit and inventory duties.
  • Interface with management, project managers, colleagues, customers, vendors in order to provide support.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports to management with potential solutions to aged items.
  • Daily review of all issues that impact the business.
  • Work under the supervision of team leads.
  • Provide hands and feet support in critical rooms and a requirement for basic network knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
