Job Description:

Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Admin Manager to join our team in General Santos City, South Cotabato, Philippines. As a Finance and Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of our gym, ensuring that all processes and procedures are in line with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the gym.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to track the financial performance of the gym.
  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
  • Manage all the gym's cash flow and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, vendors, and other financial institutions, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the gym.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of administrative staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services for the gym.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the gym's financial and administrative processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fitness or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
