Main responsibilities:
  • Have a sound knowledge of HR and Admin functions.
  • Preparation and creation of JD's
  • Sourcing, selection, interview candidates including onboarding process, employment contract, orientation and exit interview.
  • Maintain data base of all employees for 201 files
  • Process payroll, tax declarations and has knowledge of processing statutory benefits
  • Knowledge of booking arrangements (flight, hotels and special meetings) and liquidation/reimbursement of expenses
  • Able to make business correspondence such as LOI, MOU and others.
  • Can handle company business permits, amendments and bank account opening.
  • Other task assigned by the manager and CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE.
