  • Accounts Payable & Receivable:
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in accordance with company policies.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and resolving payment queries.
  • Bank Reconciliations:
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements with the company's financial records.
  • Ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
  • General Ledger Support:
  • Assist in preparing journal entries for general ledger postings.
  • Help maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Financial Reporting Assistance:
  • Provide support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Miscellaneous Tasks:
  • Perform general administrative duties related to the finance department (Bank transaction and cashiering)
  • Inventory & Taxation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
