Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of basic cooking methods and kitchen safety standards.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team player, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities:Cooking & Food Preparation

  • Assist in preparing, cooking, and serving meals according to the menu and portion standards.
  • Follow recipes, food safety guidelines, and standard kitchen procedures.
  • Ensure food is cooked and stored properly to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Support senior cooks or chefs in food preparation and cooking tasks.

Utility & Cleaning Duties

  • Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen tools, utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, counters, sinks, and storage areas.
  • Dispose of waste properly in accordance with sanitation standards.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries of food and kitchen supplies.
