Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Storage and Inventory Management

Manage and maintain hotel storage areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficient space utilization. Receive, inspect, store, and track inventory (tools, supplies, linens, uniforms), implementing safety procedures and ordering materials as needed. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

2.Laundry Operations

  • Maintain hotel uniform and linen laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and pressing. Ensure equipment maintenance, hygiene standards, and timely delivery to meet departmental needs. Handle special requests and maintain accurate inventory.

3.Parking Management

-Manage hotel parking operations, assigning slots, monitoring usage, enforcing rules, and maintaining a clean and efficient parking area. Coordinate with drivers and track vehicle entries/exits.

4.Implementation of House Rules

  • Maintain hotel property cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Enforce house rules, conduct routine maintenance and repairs, monitor utility consumption, and submit monthly bills. Maintain landscaping and accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and incidents. Coordinate with other staff for efficient operations.

5.Driver's Support

  • Manage driver accommodations, including sleeping arrangements, meals, and schedules. Ensure driver well-being and maintain a peaceful environment in the drivers' quarters.

  • Other work-related tasks given by the management from time-to-time, as urgency arises.

Qualifications:

  • Atleast highschool graduate

  • Resident of Baguio-Benguet or nearby provinces of Benguet

  • With at least a year of work-related experience related to housekeeping, laundry operations, security operations, restaurant operations, and/or inventory management

  • Knows how to cook
