We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Architect / Scrum Master to lead the design and delivery of scalable technology solutions while driving agile practices across cross-functional teams. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals who combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and facilitation skills to ensure successful product development and alignment with business goals.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for defining system architecture, evaluating technologies, and guiding development teams in implementing robust, secure, and high-performing solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on agile principles and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
  • Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
  • Monitor team performance and delivery metrics to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Document architecture decisions, workflows, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software architecture and agile delivery.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php100, Php250,000.00 per month
