Job Description
As an
End-to-End Loans Processor,
you'll handle the complete precredit loan processing cycle, from valuations to compliance documentation. You'll also manage client retention workflows, ensuring every customer continues their property journey with seamless service and trusted financial guidance.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 2 years' experience
in
end-to-end Australian mortgage loan processing - Strong grasp of pricing policy, valuation ordering, retention workflows, and compliance packaging
- Excellent working knowledge of common
CRMs (e.g., Mercury, Flex, SalesTrekker, Symmetry) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills-you catch errors others miss
- Clear and confident written English, capable of liaising with lenders and brokers professionally
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in managing trackers and working with multiple systems at once

Your Daily Tasks
- Send welcome emails and initial data requests to new clients
- Enter new client data and update existing client records
- Index and organize supporting documents; identify and follow up on missing items
- Request pricing discounts from lenders, order valuations, and organize property reports
- Draft lender application notes and support brokers with lender option preparation based on templates
- Prepare initial broker tools (e.g., Quickli, strategy sheets, and loan options mud maps)
- Assist in preparing, assessing, and submitting home loan applications via Broker CRM and ApplyOnline
- Prepare complete loan packages, including the Statement of Advice, NCCP documents (Preliminary Assessment, Credit Proposal Disclosure), and application forms
- Liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders to finalize loan applications
- Coordinate with assessors to manage and resolve exceptions when required
- Call lenders to follow up on application progress and provide status updates
- Contact lenders prior to settlement to confirm authorities and readiness
- Prepare post-settlement summaries for clients, outlining loan structures
- Manage and prepare discharge requests for settlements
- Monitor all active applications daily and provide progress reports
- Handle loan maintenance tasks for existing settled clients, including retention pricing
