We are looking for a Community & Spiritual Marketing Assistant to help us build, step by step, an authentic presence in online communities dedicated to personal development and inner awareness in the Philippines.

Your role is not to "sell," but to be present: to engage in real conversations, to support meaningful dialogue around inner growth, to sense the atmosphere of groups and help us communicate with respect and clarity.

About Us

We offer personal development and spiritual awareness trainings focused on inner balance, sensitivity, and conscious living in person since 1991 and online since 2020.

Our approach is ethical, grounded, and non-dogmatic, with no promises of miracles or instant healing.

· Job Type: Part-time (2 hours/day)

· Location: Philippines (remote)

· Language: English (required), Tagalog (advantage), Romanian (advantage)

Your Role

You will help us build trust and presence inside Facebook communities related to spirituality, self-development, and personal growth in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

· Join and engage in relevant Facebook groups (no spamming)

· Comment authentically on posts related to:

  • personal growth

  • inner awareness

  • emotional balance

· Create soft, educational posts (no direct selling)

· Observe group dynamics and report:

  • what language works

  • what topics trigger resistance

· Support promotion of free live sessions (never hard selling)

What you will NOT do

· No direct selling

· No miracle or healing promises

· No occult / witchcraft / extreme esoteric language

· No aggressive marketing

Ideal Profile

· Genuine interest in spirituality or personal growth

· Empathetic and respectful communication style

· Experience engaging (not just posting) in Facebook groups

· Cultural sensitivity, especially regarding Christian values

Payment

· Hourly rate: 4 - 5 USD

· Paid 7-day trial (2 hour/day)

· Long-term collaboration possible based on performance
