Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant (Social Media) is responsible for managing and growing the company's online presence through engaging content, creative reels, and effective social media strategies. This role requires someone who is experienced in social media platforms, content creation, and basic digital marketing, with a strong eye for trends and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms)
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently based on the content calendar
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagements, and respond in a timely and professional manner
Content Creation
- Create engaging and relevant content (captions, graphics, photos, and videos)
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos and reels for social media
- Stay updated with social media trends, sounds, and formats to improve reach and engagement
Marketing Support
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions across social media channels
- Collaborate with the team to align content with branding and marketing goals
- Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, views) and provide simple insights or recommendations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Skilled in creating reels and short-form video content
- Familiar with social media tools, trends, and best practices
- Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
- Creative, detail-oriented, and organized
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or online promotions
- Must have a strong primary internet connection at home, and a secondary backup internet connection is required
- Must Have Your Own laptop
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
